TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You understand that Bansal Classes Private Limited (“BCPL/Company”) may collect and process Your personal information at the time of the registration process of BOOST. You also agree that such personal information is subject to the terms and conditions of the Company’s Privacy Policy accessible at bansalclassesakola.com/privacy policy which is subject to change from time to time at BCPL’s discretion.
A. BOOST REGISTRATION AND PROCEDURE
1. Students/ parents/ guardian (“You”, “Your”) can either register for BOOST at the BCPL website: https://event.bansalclassesakola.com or submit the duly filled forms available at the nearest branch along with a self-attested photocopy of class VI / VII / VIII / IX /X mark-sheet (as applicable), one passport size colour photograph. In case a mark sheet is not available, You can enroll by submitting a self-attested photocopy of Your Identity Card issued by the school.
2. BOOST is conducted in two exam modes i.e., in offline and online mode. Students can register for either of the exam modes through the website or by visiting the branch. In any situation or circumstance whatsoever, if You wish to change the mode from offline exam mode to online exam mode or vice versa, it should be done seven days (7) in advance from the date of BOOST exam.
3. It is mandatory for You to fill in all the required details as requested in the registration form. In case of incomplete/ incorrect/ duplicate/multiple details provided by You, such registration form will not be considered and will stand cancelled. Further, BCPL reserves the right to ask any disqualified student to reappear in the BOOST during the exam period.
4. You must provide the correct mobile number & e-mail IDs for communication. Company is authorized to declare the result of BOOST or send any other communication or information through SMS, WhatsApp, Call and/or e-mail on such mobile number and e-mail ID provided to the Company by You at the time of filling the registration form. The company shall not be held responsible if You do not receive any such information regarding BOOST or other such important communication due to an incorrect or invalid mobile number/ e-mail ID provided at the time of registration. The Company is hereby authorized to send important communications, updates, notifications, results of tests, or any other information related to BOOST and any other activities or any other information to the shared mobile number through SMS/WhatsApp/Call and e-mail.
B. SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
The scholarship offered under BOOSTS shall be applicable on One/ Two/ Three/ Four Year Integrated Classroom Courses only.
C. REVOCATION OF SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
1. At the time of enrolment in the Classroom Program, it is mandatory to provide mark sheet issued by the school for passing the previous class or any other document mentioning the date of birth of the student. Wherein at the time of enrolment or thereafter, it has come to the knowledge of the administration of BCPL that You have made multiple registrations for BOOST using different details (mobile numbers and email IDs), management of BOOST reserves the right to forfeit the scholarship granted to You with immediate effect.
2. The students who will be granted a 100 percent scholarship should mandatorily provide an authenticated mark sheet issued by the school for the preceding class at the time of admission. In the event if BCPL finds anything suspicious, the management of AESL reserves an absolute right to forfeit the scholarship granted to You with immediate effect and AESL shall not be held liable for any reasons whatsoever in any given circumstances.
3. If any student fails in his/her school exams, the scholarship offered under BOOST, will be withdrawn & the student will be disqualified from the scholarship.
4. During the Classroom Program at BCPL, a student must meet the following requirements failing which his/her scholarship program will be revoked with immediate effect. The decision of the management of BCPL shall be final and binding on You.
a) ATTENDANCE: The attendance of the student in the coaching class should not drop below 85% throughout the Classroom Program. A minimum attendance of 85% is required for every student enrolled in the Classroom Program whether the student has availed any scholarship under BOOST or not.
b) TEST MARKS: A student under this program must write all his/her class test papers conducted by the institute in his/her batch. The students will be required to maintain a minimum of 65% marks in their regular assessment tests (for medical aspirants & class VIII/ IX/ X students) and 60% marks in their regular assessment tests (for engineering aspirants) including All India Bansal Test Series. Minimum 40% marks are required in regular assessment tests on fortnightly & monthly basis to continue their scholarship award in forthcoming years of their 2/3/4 Year program.
5. Any act of indiscipline by the student brought to the notice of the administration of BCPL in the classroom branch will not be accepted. The same shall have the consequence as mentioned under the terms and conditions of the admission form. Additionally, BCPL reserves the right to revoke the scholarship grant immediately as per BCPL discretion.
6. If a student keeps himself/herself absent from the classes without prior permission from the Branch Head, then a warning letter will be issued against him/her. Despite the warning letter, if the student continues to default further and does not change his/her attitude, then the scholarship program of such a student will be revoked with immediate effect.
7. If a student continues to remain absent for more than two weeks due to health issues or any other reason without prior permission from the Branch Head, his/her candidature for the scholarship will be revoked.
D. CASH AWARD
1. A total of 1000 students as applicable in separate categories will be granted Cash Awards as per the ranks secured in BOOST as more particularly set out under page 2 of the brochure.
2. For obtaining cash awards under One to Four Year Integrated Classroom Courses it is mandatory for students from each class to enroll for the BCPLclassroom program on or before 1st March 2025. Once the student is successfully enrolled in the classroom program, enrolment is non-cancellable.
3. Students not enrolling in any of the Classroom Programs will not be eligible for any cash awards of the classroom program but only be given DLP program cash awards.
4. Students joining Two Year Integrated Classroom Course for Class IX & X/ XI & XII or Three-Year Integrated Course for Class VIII to X / Class X to XII or Four-Year Integrated Course for Class IX to XII will get 40% of the total Cash Awards in Academic Year 2025-2026 which will be disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th August 2025 and 2nd award installment by 15th December 2025) and remaining 60% of Cash Awards will be disbursed in Academic Year 2026-2027 in 2 equal installments (3rd award installment by 15th August 2026 & 4th award installment by 15th December 2026). All the “Cash Awards” shall be payable by BCPL via Cheque or NEFT as per the installment’s disbursement dates mentioned hereinabove.
5. Students joining One Year Integrated Classroom Course for Class VIII/ IX/ X/ XII or Long- will get total Cash Awards disbursed in two equal installments (1st award installment by 15th August 2025 & 2nd award installment by 15th December 2025). Installments will be paid by 15th August& 15th December of the respective academic years as detailed above, by the respective branch where the student appeared for BOOST or enrolled in BCPL.
6. Students who have been granted cash awards should maintain good performance i.e. either score an average of 65% Marks for Medical/Foundation Stream & 60% Marks for Engineering Stream in all objective tests conducted by BCPL (including All India Bansal Test Series).
E. GENERAL CONDITIONS
1. In case, any dispute or difference arises between You and the Company regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to sole arbitrator who shall be appointed with the mutual consent of both the parties. The proceedings shall be conducted at Kota under the provisions of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Kota only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and/or for enforcement as the case may be.
2. You hereby agree that the Company may use name, photographs, videos of Yours’ for publicity in all kinds of media. In addition, BSPL also reserves the right to record video-audio testimonials for the purpose of referencing or promotion, as required by the Company before or after the BOOST exam is conducted for the purpose of publicity in all kinds of media.
